CANCILLER MALBEC

The Canciller Malbec is crafted from carefully selected, hand-harvested grapes grown in the renowned vineyards of Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Following a 24-hour cold maceration, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by natural malolactic fermentation to enhance the wine's smooth texture and balance. Bursting with flavours of ripe blackberries, juicy plums and rich blackcurrants, this full-bodied Malbec offers rounded tannins, a velvety texture and a long, satisfying finish. The region's warm sunny days, cool mountain nights and well-drained alluvial soils contribute to its concentrated fruit character, balanced acidity and refined structure.
