Established in 1994 by Brian Anderson and his son Ben, Anderson Hill sits on 35 acres of prime land in Lenswood, South Australia with 20 acres of vineyards, abundant wildlife and surrounded by nature in the heart of the Adelaide Hills wine region, renowned for its excellent cool climate wines.
Lenswood is a sub-region of the Adelaide Hills wine region from where some of Australia’s most famous wine brands source grapes including Penfold, Henschke, Nepenthe and Shaw + Smith.
Magnificent panoramic views across our vineyards and the Adelaide Hills reach north toward Gumeracha, Birdwood and Mount Crawford.
For those wanting to visit Anderson Hills, the recently expanded cellar door restaurant in Lenswood offers visitors a relaxed environment to soak up some of best views in the Adelaide Hills and enjoy our premium cool climate wines, craft beer and lunch menu – from shared plates and platters to our signature wood-fire pizzas. Make yourself comfortable indoors or outdoors on the deck or lawn overlooking the vineyard.

The Adelaide Hills wine region is renowned for its premium, award-winning cool climate wines. And with an altitude of 1942 feet above sea level, our vineyard is one of the coolest and highest in South Australia. Our winemakers, Ben Anderson and Turon White have many years of experience crafting premium cool climate wines and are hands on throughout the wine making process for our Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Sparkling wines.
