CANCILLER ORGANIC MALBEC

The Canciller Organic Malbec is crafted from carefully selected, hand-harvested grapes grown in organically farmed vineyards in Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. Following temperature-controlled fermentation and 20 days of maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, cold stabilization and filtration to develop its smooth texture and balanced structure. Bursting with flavours of ripe red berries and juicy plums, this medium to full-bodied Malbec offers silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, satisfying finish. The region's abundant sunshine, cool mountain influences and well-drained alluvial soils contribute to its concentrated fruit character, elegant structure and refined complexity.
