Delivery & return policy
Someone of legal drinking age must be present to receive the wine. (19 + in the province of Ontario) We follow the LCBO identification process and will require ID at all times to confirm the age of the person accepting the order.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation notification.
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
Flat rate shipping is applicable to orders delivered within our General Delivery Area (Greater Toronto and nearby surrounding areas including but not limited to the Golden Horseshoe, Barrie, Collingwood, Hamilton and London). Delivery to locations outside our General Delivery area may incur additional charges. For all shipping, you will be notified at Checkout if any additional charges may apply to your delivery. Alternatively, you may enquire prior to placing your order by emailing us at orders@trayvinowines.com.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
We do not offer same-day shipping.
If you're outside these regions, your order will be shipping via wine courier, UPS or Canada Post.

The following criteria apply in most cases:
If the item(s) is in saleable condition, the purchase price will be refunded. If the item has been shipped outside the GTA, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Faulty items will be evaluated on an individual basis before a decision is made.
There is inherent risk in buying older wines. While we store all our wines properly, wines may nevertheless be defective. We regret that we cannot accept for return wines more than 7 years old and costing in excess of $100 unless the producer agrees to replace the wine.
A re-stocking fee may apply.
Cancelling and Editing Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed as we begin processing it immediately. All items for shipping must be placed on the same order. Orders will not be combined.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. You can email us at any time with your questions at orders@trayvinowines.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
