CANCILLER OAK SINGLE VINEYARD MALBEC

The Canciller Oak Single Vineyard Malbec is crafted from carefully selected, hand-picked grapes grown in a single vineyard in Vista Flores, Uco Valley, one of Mendoza's most prestigious high-altitude wine regions. Following a 24-hour cold maceration, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by natural malolactic fermentation to enhance the wine's smooth texture and balance. Bursting with flavours of ripe blackberries, juicy plums and rich blackcurrants, this full-bodied Malbec offers a silky palate, velvety tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The region's elevated vineyards, cool mountain nights and well-drained alluvial soils contribute to its concentrated fruit character, vibrant acidity and exceptional complexity.
