CANCILLER RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The Canciller Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from carefully selected, hand-harvested grapes grown in the renowned vineyards of Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Following 48 to 72 hours of maceration, the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and an additional 6 months in bottle, developing rich flavours of ripe red fruit, warm spices, chocolate and vanilla. Smooth and beautifully balanced, this medium to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon offers silky tannins, an elegant structure and a long, satisfying finish. The region's warm sunny days, cool nights and well-drained alluvial soils contribute to its concentrated fruit character, balanced acidity and refined complexity.
