From a 10-year-old vineyard located at the highest point of our property, we produce Pecorino grapes, one of Abruzzo's most iconic varietals. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, bringing the must and skins into contact to extract all the aromatic compounds. It is an extremely delicate wine with a pale straw yellow color and tropical fruity aromas and floral notes.
