Bocca Merlot I.G.T.
A beautifully expressive red made from 100% Merlot, this wine showcases a deep ruby red colour with subtle violet reflections. The nose is fragrant and inviting, offering ripe notes of cherry, plum, and raspberry, layered with delicate spice and herbal undertones.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied, smooth, and well-balanced, with soft tannins that lend elegance and structure. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and macerated for 8 to 12 days, this wine maintains its fresh fruit character while gaining depth and complexity.

An ideal companion to tomato-based pastas, grilled or roasted meats, mushroom risottos, and vegetable stews. Also pairs beautifully with medium-aged cheeses.
