DOC Grapes: 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon

Production Area: The vineyard is located in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation and encompasses 66 hectares. The vines, planted in gravel and clay « terroir », benefit from favourable south-south-east facing slopes and plateaus.

Tasting Notes: Pretty pale gold color, shiny, crystalline. A delicate, floral nose with menthol, citrus and lemon balm notes. Very good balance combining roundness, salinity and fruitiness with a good length.

Serving temperature: 8°-10° C
