This Perfectly balanced blend captures the best of both the native Sicilian variety and Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of dark cooked blackberry, fresh raspberry, and strawberry.   It is perfectly balanced with a lingering finish.   Dry, warm heavy mouthfeel with Strong Tannins that delight the palate.   Notes of red berries, cassis and warm spices, vanilla, oak and rich balsamic. 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in stainless steel tank.
