Rich on the palate, it is heavy and tannic in the right measure. 3 months in barriques and 6 months in stainless steel vash.Perfect match with red meat, roast meat and hard cheeses. Nero d'Avola is the most important red wine grape in Sicily and is one of Italy's most important indigenous varieties.
