A floral bouquet of lavender and violet with lots of cherry and caramel on the palate. A good structure to the wine with great balance and finish. Excellent with friends on a Friday night, charcuterie boards and cheese-sharing platters, all pizzas, but especially truffle and Gorgonzola. Best served at room temperature.

Aged: 6 08 Months in medium-sized Slavonian oak casks. Malolactic fermentation takes place during this stage.
