Covid-19

To all our valued customers:

“Safety Above All” is something we take incredibly serious at Trayvino Wine Company.  We are listening to recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), Canadian Government and other leading health organizations as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members.

First and foremost, our hearts and thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. I want to share an update on the actions we are taking at Trayvino Wine Company to keep you and our team members safe amidst the COVID-19 outbreak. “Safety Above All” is something we take incredibly serious at Trayvino Wine Company.  We are listening to recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Canadian Government and other leading health organizations as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members.  Please find the following useful links below:

According to World Health Organization (WHO), it is safe to handle a package, even if it comes from a place where the virus has been reported.  Our shipping partners are also committed to provide safe service with their added safety measures. We are also working with the LCBO and will follow delivery guidelines that they have put in place.

These are extraordinary times and as a society, we are in unchartered territory.  We need to come together to support each other. For this reason, we have removed any delivery fees that would normally apply to orders.  We have also changed out invoicing system and will only email invoices in leu of the hard copy in an effort to limit in person interaction.

Additionally, we are giving our team members facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe.  We have also implemented further sanitizing precautionary measures that include the following:

  • Additional hand sanitizers will be supplied to all drivers and in all delivery vehicles for our teams to use before and after each delivery is completed.

  • Hand washing continues to be a frequent, mandated best practice in our business and additional handwashing after every interaction with a customer when possible as a best practice.

  • Trayvino Wine Company is prepared to modify operations as required by our customers and advised by the Canadian Government, World Heath Organization and Health Canada.

We will continue to monitor the current situation on a daily basis and adjust and implement new practices as required.  Please feel free to contact us directly at info@trayvinowines.com  if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your continued trust in us.  We truly value your business and remain focused on serving you as needed.  Together is the way to overcome any challenge. Let’s spread kindness and care for each other in this difficult time and always!
