The Reserve line is the result of time, aging in French barrels, care and silence. These Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes that make up our Reserva line are carefully selected in the best lands in Mendoza.

With selected yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks Pressing Natural malolactic fermentation Stabilisation, filtration and bottling Aging 40% of final blend in French oak barrels for eight months
